Igor Steiman, MSC, DC, FCCS(C)

Dr. Igor Steiman graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 1981,  Since then he has been in private practice, including medicolegal consultation and Independent Chiropractic Evaluations, and on the faculty of CMCC.  He completed a two-year residency programme in 1983 and obtained Fellowship in the College of Chiropractic Sciences (Canada) in 1986.

He provides excellence in clinical treatment, combining his almost 40 years experience to provide clinical expertise to treat a variety of conditions including sports injuries, chronic neck and back pain, whiplash, joint pain.

Besides private practice, Dr. Steiman is currently a professor at CMCC and Staff Chiropractor at St. Michael’s Hospital.  He has published over a dozen scientific and professional reports.

Ramesh Babu Devadoss
Registered Physiotherapist

Ramesh is a registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. He graduated from M.G.R medical University, India in 1998 and upgraded his skills and knowledge by completing his Masters of Physiotherapy in 2001 from the University of Melbourne, Australia specialising in the area of musculoskeletal conditions.

He has over 20 years of clinical experience and has worked in various clinical setting dealing with acute pain, reconditioning, sports injuries, post surgical rehabilitation, degenerative conditions like Osteoarthritis of knee, hip and spine.

Ramesh has special interest in managing people with repetitive and overuse injuries related to work, training and sports. He integrates joint mobilisation, myofascial release, neural mobilisation, trigger points, therapeutic exercise and education to optimize function in patients.

He believes in a thorough initial assessment to determine the cause of the injury, and an emphasis on patient education as key in the path of recovery.

Ramesh strives to bring a positive change in patient’s lives and empowers you to reach and maintain your health and wellness goals.

His hobbies include running, yoga and travelling.

Paul Goralczyk
Kinesiology and Physiotherapy Assistant

Mr. Goralczyk graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw-Poland. Before coming to Canada he worked as Manager of Aquatic Services at the Sick Children’s Hospital in Warsaw. In 2000 Paul graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Kinesiology.

He has expertise and over 20 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation exercise for injury recovery and prevention, and can help guide you through an extensive exercise program for all of your healthcare needs.

Peter Sledz
Registered Massage Therapist

Peter Sledz graduated from the Canadian College of massage and Hydrotherapy in 1998. He has been very successful treating patients following motor vehicle accidents, work place injuries and sports injuries. He specializes in Swedish massage; deep tissue massages and trigger points techniques.

Alawna graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s of applied arts degree in media studies and a diploma in public relations. She joined Novo Healthnet in July of 2013 bringing over four years of experience in clinic administration. Her duties include patient interaction, clinic billings, appointment scheduling, and much more.
