Director of Finance

Klara Radulyne CPA, CGA is the Director of Finance for Novo Healthnet Limited and its subsidiaries, managing all accounting and finance function including external and internal financial reporting. Her main goal is to nurture a corporate accounting culture that is adaptive to technology and industry related changes while ensuring that all Novo clients and stakeholders receive reliable, timely, and relevant information.

Stephanie Campos
Director of Administration GTA

Stephanie has been a part of the NOVO Healthnet Team since 2009. She is responsible for implementing new administrative policies and procedures and ensuring they are properly executed. She works closely with our clinic administrative managers to aid as well as works alongside Novo’s EVP of Administration.

Helda Markos
Intake Coordinator

Helda started working full time with Novo Healthnet Limited at the Corporate Office in January 2018. Helda’s role is; Intake Coordinator, working along side with management of the PPN Network. Some of her responsibilities include coordinating all referrals sent to head office, training clinics, correlating with Insurance companies and other administrative duties.

Billing & Collections Specialist

Azra brings over 35 years of experience in the Healthcare sector. She specializes in account management and is currently managing several of the Novo clinics. Azra is a dedicated and passionate team member and she continues to grow within the Company.

Caitlin Naulls
HR Generalist

Caitlin comes with over 4+ years of HR and Recruiting experience. She oversees the human resources responsibilities and activities of Novo Healthnet. Caitlin manages recruitment processes, onboarding - offboarding, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development.

Melissa DiPlacido
Manager of Administration

Melissa comes from a 10-year administration background in both a clinical and corporate setting. Coordination of schedules & work locations, coverage, taking care of reporting and service reconciliation, home care referral assignment and coordination of exercise & falls prevention services in many locations form part of every day for Melissa and she is organized enough to handle it all in a professional and timely manner.

Ashley Hopper, R. Kin
Director of Eldercare

Ashley graduated from the University of Windsor with a degree in Human Kinetics (Movement Science Major) and has past experience in a multitude of clinical settings. Ashley’s previous work, directly in retirement homes and leading community-based exercise programs for elders, helped her realize her passion about helping others and making a difference in their lives. Ashley’s role as Director of Eldercare allows her to liaise with both homes and team members to help ensure smooth services and quality care, while bringing an exciting level of energy to all who interact with her.

Amy Harbin, R. Kin
Quality Initiatives and Special Projects Coordinator

Amy graduated in Kinesiology from The University of Western Ontario. Although beginning her career in private clinics, with a wide range of clients and a focus on elite athletes, she found that her true passion was working with seniors after taking a role in a Retirement home in 2008. She has spent the last decade in the long-term care/retirement sector, both working in a home as a hands-on Kinesiologist and then working as lead for therapy programming. Amy’s role in quality initiatives speaks to her passion about ensuring that seniors in all areas of care are awarded the opportunity to the live the quality of life they aspire to.

Shirley Lui
Manager of Clinical Services

Shirley, with her Kinesiology background, comes with vast work experience in a variety of clinical settings. As such, review of statistics entered online in Colligo (our proprietary software), chart and service audits, generation of service reports, coordination of training & orientation and providing clinical, procedural & equipment support for our onsite team members allow for Shirley to be in touch with everyone involved in the provision of service and to act as a liaison, helping to ensure quality care for all.
