Krishna is a Registered Physiotherapist and is in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor in Physiotherapy and has several years of clinical experience. Krishna has gained a wide range of clinical experience by treating a number of different conditions, including pediatric, orthopedic/neurological problems and provides antenatal-postnatal care to pregnant females.
She is certified in acupuncture and has gained a wide range of experience in treating motor vehicle accident injuries, sports injuries, and WSIB related injuries.
She has expertise in manual therapy, dry needling, k-taping and acupuncture.

Zeshan is a registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. He graduated from University of Karachi with a Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy in 2003. He has worked in various hospital and clinic settings in treating patients of all types predominantly Orthopedic & Musculoskeletal conditions.
In 2005 Zeshan moved to Australia and completed post graduate studies with a Master of Rehabilitation and Exercise Sciences from Victoria University. Since graduating, Zeshan has worked in acute care, outpatient clinics along with rehab settings.
He provides excellence in clinical treatment, combining his over 17 years experience to provide manual therapy, soft tissue release and expertise in exercise prescription and the use of other clinical modalities to treat a variety of conditions including sports injuries, chronic neck and back pain, whiplash, joint pain and post operative/fracture cases among many others.

Outside of work, Zeshan loves staying active, reading, spending time with friends and travelling.
Registered Massage Therapist
Dolly graduated from Sutherland Chan Massage and Teaching Clinic in 2010. Her areas of interests within massage therapy profession are varied. Injury rehabilitation is something that she has always been passionate about.
She has extensive experience in the provision of rehabilitative massage, pregnancy massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, as well as providing Thai massage, and craniosacral techniques, along with relaxation treatments.
She also has specific training and experience in treating pre and post natal clients – pain during and after pregnancy).
She specific experience in working with cancer clients - suffering a wide range of cancer related illnesses undergoing radiation treatment and chemotherapy, using finer palpation skills which is essential in the treatment of people with compromised immune function and tissue fragility).
She also has specific experience working with seniors, realising that care not to be too aggressive or overtreat can be important at times with this population.
Registered Massage Therapist
Marian graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in May 2011 with an honours diploma in massage therapy and passed her licensing exams with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in June 2011. Marian’s responsibilities involve treating patients for soft tissue injuries and dysfunctions, also stress related tension, with a variety of massage techniques.
Laiza Ravarra is a registered member with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and a member with Ontario Society for Health and Fitness.
She graduated from Brock University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology.
Laiza has been employed with Novo Healthnet since 2005 with experiences as a NeuroGym FIT Coordinator for the Long Term Care Division, Field Placement Supervisor and a Program Advisory Committee member with Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology.
She offers a variety of experiences including concussion rehabilitation, work simulation/conditioning programs, health and safety, and administrative duties.

Sierra is a Occupational therapy assistant and physiotherapist assistant, as well as senior admin. Sierra graduated with honours from Niagara College OTA & PTA program in May 2019. She has experience working in a clinic setting as well as hospital and long term care.
She has additional training in dementia and gentle persuasive approach. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, painting, crafting and horseback riding as well as hanging out with her family and her dogs.
